Youth Group
In order to grow in faith and love we seek to learn more about God, the author and perfector of our faith, by reading the Bible together. We do this in all of our main meetings.
If you would like to find out more about Jesus, Christianity or the youth ministry at St Peter’s feel free to contact us anytime! We hope to see you soon.
Check our youth group site on www.stpetesyouth.org.au and share your thoughts with us!
Meetings
THE COUCH
This gathering (6:30-8:30pm) for guys and girls in years 7-12 has developed a reputation as a relaxed and friendly place to learn about the living God, a haven from the demands of school and parents. Those who attend have appropriately dubbed it ‘The Couch’. Bible Study takes place in year groups which are the ideal setting to make new and lasting friendships and study the Bible in an encouraging and supportive environment.
SN@P (Sunday Night’s at Pete’s)
Snap is our regular church service (5:00-6:30pm) where you will be challenged by excellent teaching as well as singing, praying and sharing in fellowship with one another. This gathering of boys and girls in years 6-12 has been growing rapidly over the past few years, but is still small enough to be personal and intimate. It is a place where everyone can use the gifts and talents God has given them to serve the rest of the church.
Camps
We run camps throughout the year so that you can be encouraged and get away with your mates. We do different things on each camp but always learn about the great news of Jesus and how He changes our lives. Time away is a great chance to catch up with old mates as well as making many new ones.
