CMS 'One Life, One Mission' Appeal Update

As you may be aware that CMS is currently in the midst of our ‘One Life, One Mission’ appeal. The appeal plays a vital part in providing the funds needed to enable our missionaries to live and minister in their various locations around the world. We praise God that year by year, through the generosity of his people, the Lord continues to meet our needs. Thank you for your ongoing support and prayers for CMS and your link missionaries throughout this year.
However, we need to keep you informed as to how CMS is tracking as we approach the end of the appeal. This year giving from individual supporters has been slower than previous years. Before the end of June, we need to raise a further $1,000,000 to meet the financial needs of our missionaries and their support. As the CMS family, the next two weeks are a critical time for us all.
There are ways you can help us:
First and foremost, please pray with us. Thank God for his enormous generosity, and ask that he would provide for CMS through its members and supporters.
Secondly, we encourage you, if you have not already done so, to consider donating to CMS this week. I’m aware that many people have already given as much as they are able, so please express our wholehearted thanks to those who have partnered with us in this way. But there may be others who are able to give an additional financial gift to CMS at this time, or who have not yet given to the appeal.
