Qualifications
Church Wardens, Parish Nominators
- Any parishioner being a communicant member of the Anglican Church of Australia of 18 years or over, except the wife of the Rector, and also a husband and wife cannot both hold office at any one time.
Parish Council, Synod Representatives
- Any parishioner being a communicant member of the Anglican Church of Australia of 18 years or over.
KDCEA Representative
- Any parishioner being a communicant member of the Anglican Church of Australia of 18 years or over, with a commitment to working with young people in State Schools.
On top of the above qualifications, it is essential that none of the above positions be filled by someone who is a “prohibited person” within the meaning of the “Child Protection (Prohibited Employment) Act 1998.
