Retrenchment Support

Dear Friends,

Many thanks to the people who assisted with Monday night’s workshop. Although this was the smallest workshop group since the first workshop in May, it was a very special evening as Nik was able to tell us about the five month employment contract he has secured starting mid-January. He has been out of work for one reason or another for four years.

Thank you to the following people who assisted with the workshop: Donald, Neil, Sharon, and Simon.

This was the last workshop for 2009. Thank you to all the leaders who have assisted during the past 7 months. It has been a great encouragement to me to see people giving their time so freely to assist those in need.

The first workshop for 2010 is scheduled for Monday 18 January. I believe we still have at least 12 “current” participants. I will need at least 10 people to assist. I will circulate another email in-advance of January 18 checking availability. In the meantime please note the date in your new diaries.

As always, if you know anyone else who is in need of retrenchment support, then please invite them to the next workshop.

Wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas and New Year.

Cheers,

Bruce
