The retrenchment support programme provides practical support to people from the community who have lost their jobs.
Workshops include resume review, interview role plays, job website discussions, and sharing of experiences. While the workshops include some formal sessions, there are the opportunities for informal networking.
It has been so encouraging to see so many people from St Peter’s and the community eagerly volunteering their time to support people who have been retrenched.
Many of the leaders have recruitment and outplacement experience and many have experienced retrenchment first hand. We look forward to continuing to provide support.
